Frequently Asked Question.
How Long does it take to repair my PSP?
Generally all repairs are completed within five to seven working days. Please
allow return first class postal times on top this. You will be required to sign for the parcel
How Much will it cost to repair my PSP?
We have given rough prices on the left side of this page. Once we've had a chance to inspect the fault we shall call, and email you with a quote for the repair. Please note you are required to purchase your PSP's return postage, prior to sending us your PSP, this is to allow us to quickly return your PSP once repairs have been carried out, or to return your PSP should you wish not to have your PSP repaired.
Once we have received you PSP we'll quote you witin a couple of days. But
until our Engineer
can actually see your PSP in the workshop we can't provide
you an exact
estimate. If you wish to receive a really rough quote please email
us using the form on the webiste. It can be found here
My PSP is under a year old -?
STOP repairs or upgrades carried out by anyone other than SONY will invalidate
your warranty. This service is for PSP units older than a year, or out of warranty
Do you warranty your repairs-?
Yes all our repairs are guaranteed for 3months from the repair being carried out
How Experienced are you at repairing PSP's?
over the last two years we have repaired over 300 units, six of these units were
uneconomical to repair, and two customers asked for their units to be returned
without repair. One of these was an insurance claim, the other the customer declined
our
quotation, and scrapped his PSP.
Why have you no customers comments on your website- praising your work?
We've always stayed away from posting letters from Mr. Smith from Bridgend,
complementing our work, as we like many other people do not trust that these
are original letters received, however for those less sceptical than ourselves we do
have over 80 letters / emails that your welcome to see!
