Two Simple Steps to Purchasing Remote Support Vouchers
Step 1. call the phone number at the top of this webpage, and request a remote desktop support session. Important DO NOT Purchase a remote desktop voucher prior to SPEAKING to us, your fault may not be suitable for remote support.
Step 2. purchase the prepaid remote desktop support voucher, these are purchased in blocks of £20. You will be advised in Step 1 by our engineers how many blocks you need to purchase

Unfortunately we cannot connect to you remotely if your Opearting system is not displayed above. However do not worry, we can offer rapid repairs in our Huntingdon Workshop. And can offer subject to availability loan desktops and laptops. Greater than 80% of repairs are carried out in your own home or office.
