You know we realise that in this day we are not all Guru's when it comes to computers, and we too have ageing family members that at times find the Internet age a little confusing.
To this end we plan to run a special service for the "Silver Surfer" and Single parent or guardians.
This service is tailored for those in our community that are vunerable, and new to computing.
It's offered at a vastly reduced price, and all that we ask is that you mention at the time of booking, that you require a "Silver Surfer" appointment.
How do we offer this at a reduced price ? Well we recognise that your probably at home and available during the day, and that your probably willing to wait a day ot two for an engineer to call.
All we ask is that you have enough milk and a teabag available and our engineer will stay as long as is needed to fix your PC, or help you. Guaranteed!
This service is only available to "fix" your ailing computer, if you require tuition, please make this very clear at the time of booking.
This service is also available to single parents, and physically disabled customers.
Whilst this service is not means tested, we do reserve the right to charge our full rate, should we consider your circumstances not suitable for this package. We are in fairness offering this to Pensioners on little more than a state pension. We do not expect to see two cars in the drive, and more then three bedrooms, with the groom feeding the horses on the front lawn!
