We originally hosted our own sites on some of the biggest names in the business. We like many other smaller companies paid very little, and frankly received very little in return. When things went wrong we had to wait ages to get our very simple problems sorted. Often we'd receive no help over weekends, or worse still Bank Holidays.

We are not based in London, but Cambridge UK. Our servers are located both in North Wales, and our backup systems are connected to data centres in Canary Wharf. We don't make the claim of being cheap nor are we expensive. We cannot compete with certain large internet based companies, however for those small companies that choose them, have you ever tried to get hold of them when things go wrong?
